Free Company Formation

We offer free company formation for trading companies which use our services for the production of the first years accounts. When the company is formed, no fee will be issued in respect of our time relating to the formation, but we will issue a fee for the disbursements that we incurr in obtaining the company. This fee will be payable on transfer of the company, but will be refunded in full against our fee in respect of the first year's accounts preparation. The disbursement is expected to be in the region of £100.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make this offer in respect of dormant or property management companies. We reserve the right to reject applications for this service.

Free Initial Consultation

We offer a free, no obligation initial consultation to discuss your needs and how we may help you. This meeting will have no specific time limit, but usually will last for up to two hours. You may raise any queries that you wish, and basic advice will be supplied free of charge at that time.

Discounted Services

We recognise that the initial year of any business can be difficult, both in terms of getting used to running a business, and in terms of cash flow. It is also important that the business takes proper advice in that first year in order to establish good practice for future years. We would therefore like to contribute to the success of your business by offering you a discount of 50% off our fees for the first year of trading, including production of the first year's accounts. We are unable to maintain this level of charge beyond the first year, but we are sure that you will then consider our standard charges to represent excellent value for money.

We believe that we offer an efficient, value for money service, and that you will have no cause to wish to change accountants once you have tried us. Our aim is to make mimimal profits from our clients, but to keep them for longer periods and hence build mutually beneficial long term relationships. There are costs associated with acquiring new clients, and we would rather acquire clients by word of mouth and pass the benefits back to you than spend large amounts on big advertising campaigns. We believe that the best way for us to succeed is for us to ensure that you are totally happy with the service received, and the amount that you pay for it.
